What to Expect

What to Expect

Maybe you are returning to church, or coming to church for the very first time. Or, maybe you’re an active church member who just moved to town and needs to find a new church home. Whatever your story may be, you probably have a lot of questions before you visit Grace Fellowship.

Here are some common questions we hear about what to expect on a Sunday at Grace Fellowship. If we’ve missed something, let us know! You’re probably not the only one with that question, so asking us will help us help you and future guests.

What is your Sunday schedule?

Worship services start at 10:30am.
Life Bible Studies meet at 9:15am.

What do I wear?

Come comfortable. Church should be enjoyable! You’ll see people in everything from shorts to suits on Sundays. Our concern isn’t what’s on the outside, but what’s on inside. Come as you are. Jesus accepts us as we are when we come to Him. Why shouldn’t we?

Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking all around the church. If it is raining you can pull to the left side of the church and use our covered driveway to drop the family off.

Is there anything for my children?

Of course! We have Sunday options for children of all ages. Children’s Church is offered for kids ages Kindergarten – 4th grade. Kids are released from the sanctuary after our time of worship songs to the children’s wing for a fun Bible lesson!

  • Childcare is provided for infants and toddlers in our child care center.
    • Infant and toddler care is provided from 9:15 – 11:30 so you can attend the Bible study of your choice and also stay for our worship service.
  • 1st – 5th graders meet in our children’s wing for Grace Fellowship kids from 9:15 – 10:15
  • Middle School meets in one of our youth classrooms from 9:15 – 10:15
  • High School meets in another of our youth classrooms from 9:15 – 10:15

How will I find a Bible study?

When you enter our foyer a team member will be present to answer any questions you have about available classes and show you and your family to the class you choose.

What is the preaching like?

Learning about God and the Bible should be enjoyable and encouraging. Pastor Mark presents God’s Word in a loving, caring manner. Mark’s sermon style is best described as narrative – he likes to incorporate stories into his sermons. He believes the Bible is the perfect Word of God and provides us with the teaching we need to live a life that honors our Lord.

What are the people like?

The church family at Grace Fellowship are loving and caring. None of us are perfect and we realize that. God tells us to help bear each others burdens. At Grace Fellowship you will find people who are willing to listen and help as you grow in your relationship with Christ.
