Dear Church Family,

We will be resuming church services in the sanctuary on August 2nd, beginning at our normal time of 10:30am. We will also continue to offer live streaming services on Sunday morning at the same time.

Online Worship Services
The Sunday morning worship services will be available via our Facebook page on Sundays at 10:30am. You can visit our church web page at www.gracelago.org and click on the “Watch Live” link at the top right of the page. You will then be directed to the worship service. If you are not able to view the service during the live stream, you can always return to this same location and view the recorded version.

Sanctuary Worship Services
Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Below is some information for you to review.

  • We encourage everyone with underlying health conditions and/or those age 65 and over to continue to worship via our online live-streaming services.
  • Masks are encouraged for those who choose to attend church in the sanctuary. Complimentary masks will be available should you not have one.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available in the foyer.
  • We will be practicing social distancing. Every other row of seats will be vacant. Families may sit together but we encourage two empty seats between non-family members. We ask everyone to practice social distancing as you move around the church facilities.
  • Seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe we will be able to accommodate between 40 to 50 individuals in our sanctuary. Once that capacity is met, an overflow seating area has been established in our Fellowship Hall where the worship service is displayed live on a large screen.
  • Offering plates will not be distributed. Instead, there will be stand-alone containers for those who wish to give. You can also continue to give online at www.gracelago.org
  • Bible study classes led by Jerry Smith will still be online with a new start time of 9:00am. You can join this class on Sunday morning by visiting www.gracelago.org, scroll down to the middle of the page and click on the Bible Study Sundays via Zoom at 9:00am section.
  • Bible study classes led by Jim Spilman will be in person in the classroom area beginning at 9:15am with seating configured in a manner to provide social distancing.
  • Child care services are not available. Children's church is also not available. Activity bags for children will be available that can be taken home after the service.
  • Bulletins will not be distributed.
  • Refreshments will not be served.

Life Groups and Other Weekly Ministries
Life Group Bible studies continue to meet online on Thursdays at 7:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. To join the Life Group click Get Connected and scroll to the Adults Ministry tab to login via Zoom or email Joshua Roberts for details.

All other weekly activities remain suspended at this time. The leaders of all our ministries will be in contact with you to share the latest updates and ways to stay connected to each other and continue to grow in your walk of faith.

Minister Support
Your church staff and deacons are still here to pray for you and serve you in any way we can. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Many of you already have our email and cell phone numbers. In the event you do not, please email info@gracelago.org and your email will be directed to the appropriate minister or deacon.

Administrative Support
Should you need something from the church office, we ask that you email your request to Lesa Favreau, our Office Manager, at info@gracelago.org or call 512.267.2196.

Physical Needs
If you find yourself in need of food or other physical requirements, please email us at info@gracelago.org. A member of our ministry team will be in contact with you.

As I have stated many times, the entire staff is extremely grateful for you, our church family. Throughout this entire process you have shown your faithfulness to the Lord in your online attendance and giving. We are humbled and honored to serve the Lord along-side you.

We look forward to continuing worshiping the Lord with you, however you choose, online or in the sanctuary.

In Christ,

Pastor Mark
